Sure, the kitchens in our Executive and Loft apartments are state-of-the-art and are bound to be the central gathering areas. But, when it comes to the bathrooms, we paid close attention to the details that would make them calm, serene, and spa-like. We made them an oasis with walk-in showers, Carrera marble, lighting that can be dim and relaxing or bright and functional. With solid surfaces throughout, they’re also easy to maintain and clean. It’s been said so many times, the kitchen is the heart of a home. Taking that to “heart” we put a lot of thought into what the kitchens in our loft and executive apartments should look and function like. We think we knocked it out of the park with these designs. With a project this big (26,000 square feet!) and complicated, we knew success would hinge on finding a partner who could undertake the changes we were proposing for 111 Liberty. After all, this grand building has been around since the late 1800s and has been home to a fruit basket warehouse and a grape pressing facility and now we’re asking it to be high-end Executive Apartments combined with retail and restaurant space – that means BIG changes!
