With plenty of canal-side windows, soaring ceilings, and space, 111 Liberty began its life in the late 1800s as a fruit basket warehouse and grape pressing facility. When we purchased the building, it was an empty shell, looking for a vision. Many years and lots of hard work later, we’ve completed the luxury loft and executive apartments and have begun work on the  Outlet 111 Tavern and the Retail and Event Spaces.
