With a project this big (26,000 square feet!) and complicated, we knew success would hinge on finding a partner who could undertake the changes we were proposing for 111 Liberty. After all, this grand building has been around since the late 1800s and has been home to a fruit basket warehouse and a grape pressing facility and now we’re asking it to be high-end Executive Apartments combined with retail and restaurant space – that means BIG changes!
